Description:
Raw air is sucked from atmosphere. After removing of the mechanical impurity by air filter, it goes into the screw air compressor to be compressed to 1.0Mpa. After being cooled and separated from the water drops, it goes to the air precooler to be cooled to about 8 .0℃. It is separated from water drops through water separator for removal of saturated water, carbon dioxide and some hydrocarbon such as acetylene.
Purified air is cooled by the counter flow in the main heat exchanger to saturated tempt., and part of them flows to the rectifification column after being liquefied. After rectifying, the liquid air is sucked from the bottom of the column and cooled in subcooler and throttled to condenser-evaporator to evaporate as cold resource. The nitrogen in the top of the column is evaporated to condensation by liquid air. Most of the condensed liquid is used as reflux, the rest of them flow to the liquid storage tank to discharge regularly to the liquid storage tank out of the column.
To meet different demands from customers, different processes like air cycle process ,nitrogen cycle process, high and low temperature booster turbine expanding processor low temperature refrigerating process etc. are adopted to reduce the power consumption. In order to achieve stable and reliable operating of plant, PLC control system or DCS control system are recommended.
